Why hydrate?

Maintaining hydration during long days on site can be difficult.

Sweating through PPE, constant movement, lifting, and working in all weather conditions — from sealed data centres with no airflow, to pharmaceutical clean rooms, plant rooms, boiler houses, and indoor sites where the heat just builds all day leads to steady fluid and electrolyte loss, even when you don’t feel thirsty.

Staying hydrated is essential for normal body function, focus, coordination, and reducing fatigue across long shifts. Even mild dehydration can leave you feeling drained, unfocused, and slower by the end of the day.

During physical work, the body loses fluids through perspiration. Along with water, important minerals (electrolytes) such as sodium, potassium, and chloride are also lost.

This drink mix contains an electrolyte blend designed to help replenish fluids and electrolytes lost during long working days.
